It is difficult to find luxury dog friendly accommodation. This place not only offer luxury accommodation but they are the dog friendliest place we have ever stayed. They provide a list of dog walks, dog sitting services are available, dog bowls, dog beds, vets information – and so much more. We will definitely be back.

Our hostess gave us a great welcome. What a pleasure it is to stay here. Delightfully presented comfortable accommodation. Our own enclosed yard, quiet neighbourhood and the river nearby where we can go for wonderful walks. Our stay here was far too short.

As this was my first official “doggy holiday” I was very excited to be sharing Abacus At Bright with Jan & Merv who love Bright. I could spend time inside with them or sniff interesting smells in the front yard. I could also walk my little legs off along the river. I especially enjoyed my doggy biscuit and drink at the friendly coffee shop recommended by our hostess. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Abacus At Bright is definitely a winner when it comes to dog friendly accommodation. Your own gated garden area – very secure – and of course the guide given for where to go for dog friendly restaurants and cafes and doggy sitting. You can come here without a stress in the world about traveling with your best friens.

We travel extensively and this is one of the best – certainly the best we have ever stayed in when traveling in rural Victoria. Everything is there that you need – and all brand new and spotlessly clean.. It is tastefully done and has a really great feel to it. It is so easy to get to the river and town is literally 5 minutes walk way. Quiet luxury – and with your own fully fenced private garden. Very well done.

I’m made to feel special. Upon arrival there was a mat and a bowl waiting for me. I could stay inside (it was very cold out). I had a lovely little garden to explore. Being close to the Ovens River I had lots and lots of walks. At only 5 minutes to town it was lovely walking in by the river. I really had a lovely time here in the special doggy unit.
